Bomonti65 Pizzeria Serve The Best Pizza in Bomonti
Pizza has to be one of my favourite foods. It’s the perfect food to have for a date night with your special someone or even for lunch catching up with friends. Since living in Istanbul, i have struggled to find good pizza, however that’s all changed now.
One evening whilst my husband and i were trying to drive to Nisantasi, we got caught in traffic. The traffic was so bad that we didn’t move for 30 minutes, that’s when we decided to turn around and drive home.
However on the way, we passed by a wonderfully romantic looking restaurant. I quickly typed the name of the restaurant into instagram, ‘Bomonti65 Pizzeria’, and saw that they make pizza; delicious looking pizza. As i scrolled further down their instagram page, i saw they have, TIRAMISU. Well my mind was made up there and then. We had to stop and try this restaurant out.
We parked the car, and walked over to the restaurant. The outside is so inviting, with a large neon sign and warm lighting. It feels and looks very much like a traditional Italian pizzeria, you could almost trick yourself into thinking you’re dining in Venice – just try and drown out the road noise and hustle and bustle of the city. We walked in and grabbed a table, almost every other customer was there on a date, so it seems really popular for couples.
The menu was in Turkish and English which was great. I immediately wanted all of the pizza’s on the menu, but decided to go with the Ai Porcini pizza, and my husband ordered the margarita pizza. The pizza was delicious, the dough was perfect. However there was barely any tomato sauce on the base, so i would suggest you order extra.
For dessert, i obviously order the tiramisu. And as i expected, it was lovely. In my opinion the tiramisu at Bomonti65 Pizzeria is the best in Istanbul. It was creamy and chocolatey, it was everything a good tiramisu should be.
Overall we had a marvellous meal at Bomonti65 Pizzeria. The food was great, the ambience was romantic, the staff were all friendly and even spoke English.
I will definitely be going back.
